Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 May 2026 · Draft
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fabreum (the “Service”), a non-custodial suite of tools for launching and managing tokens on the Solana blockchain. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Non-custodial service
Fabreum never takes custody of your funds or private keys. Every on-chain action is built as an unsigned transaction that you sign in your own wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, keys and seed phrase. We cannot reverse, recover or refund any on-chain transaction.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain services. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including securities, tax and sanctions laws.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tools such as simulators, scores and AI-generated content are informational only and may be inaccurate. You make all decisions at your own risk. See our Risk Disclaimer.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or third-party rights;
- launch tokens that infringe trademarks, impersonate others or defraud;
- manipulate markets unlawfully or evade exchange or platform rules;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
5. Credits and payments
Some tools require credits or on-chain payment in SOL. Credit balances are recorded on an append-only ledger. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. Prices may change at any time.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties (e.g. Solana RPC providers, Raydium, OpenBook, Jupiter, AI vendors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or their outcomes.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabreum is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens or opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
