Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: 22 May 2026 · Draft
Using Fabreum and launching or trading tokens on Solana carries significant risk. Read this disclaimer carefully. Nothing here or elsewhere on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
1. You can lose everything
Crypto assets are highly volatile and speculative. Most tokens, especially memecoins, go to zero. Only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely.
2. Non-custodial and irreversible
You sign every transaction in your own wallet. On-chain actions are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by Fabreum. If you lose your keys, your funds are gone — we cannot recover them.
3. Tools are informational, not guarantees
Simulators, readiness scores, audits and AI-generated names, art and copy are estimates and may be wrong. A high score, a passing audit or generated content does not guarantee any outcome, value, listing or return.
4. Market activity tools
Tools that generate on-chain volume or apply price pressure execute real transactions that cost real SOL and move real markets. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of any venue and with applicable law. Market manipulation may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
5. Smart-contract and protocol risk
The Service interacts with third-party programs (e.g. Raydium, OpenBook, vesting and token programs). These may contain bugs or be exploited. Fabreum does not control them and is not responsible for losses arising from them.
6. Regulatory risk
The legal status of tokens varies by jurisdiction and is changing. Launching a token may carry securities, tax or other obligations. Consult your own professional advisors.
7. Beta software
The Service is under active development and may be tested on devnet. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or become unavailable. Use at your own risk.
By using Fabreum you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your decisions.
