Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 May 2026 · Draft
This Privacy Policy explains what information Fabreum (the “Service”) collects and how it is used. Fabreum is a non-custodial application: we do not collect your private keys or seed phrase, and we never can.
1. Information we process
- Wallet address. Your public Solana address, used to authenticate you (Sign-In With Solana) and to associate your tokens, tool runs and credit ledger.
- On-chain activity. Public blockchain data related to your address and the tokens you create or manage — this is already public.
- Usage data. Basic technical logs (e.g. requests, errors) needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Content you submit.Inputs to AI tools (prompts, briefs) and any links you add to a token’s metadata.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect private keys, seed phrases or the ability to move your funds. We do not require your name or email to use the core Service (a waitlist may be wallet-only).
3. How we use information
- to authenticate you and provide the Service;
- to meter usage, apply credits and prevent abuse;
- to operate, secure, debug and improve the Service;
- to comply with legal obligations.
4. Third parties
We rely on infrastructure and service providers — for example Solana RPC providers, hosting, database hosting, and AI vendors that process tool inputs. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
5. Data retention
We retain account-related records (such as the append-only credit ledger and audit log) as needed to operate the Service and meet legal and accounting obligations.
6. Your choices
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct or delete certain data; contact us to exercise them.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time and will revise the date above.
